What You CAN Do:

- Use in client projects (unlimited clients)
- Use in products for sale (physical and digital)
- Use in social media content for your business or clients
- Use in marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
- Use in website design, apps, and digital products
- Use in print materials: menus, packaging, signage, business cards, posters, flyers
- Use in merchandise: t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, stickers (when combined with your own design work)
- Use in branding and logo design (when significantly customized and combined with other elements)
✅ Multiple Projects
- Use across unlimited personal and commercial projects
- No per-project fees
✅ Client Work
- Create designs for clients using these illustrations
- Clients receive rights to the final design you create, not the raw illustration files
✅ Modifications
- Edit, customize, recolor, resize, and combine illustrations as needed
- Create derivative works by integrating illustrations into your designs
What You CANNOT Do:
❌ Redistribution or Resale
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original illustration files (EPS, SVG or PNG)
- Do not include the files in any template, clipart pack, or stock resource that you sell or give away
- Do not upload the files to any print-on-demand platform as standalone designs (they must be incorporated into a larger, original design)
❌ Trademark or Claim Ownership
- Do not trademark any illustration or claim it as your own original work
- Do not register illustrations as standalone copyrighted works in your name
❌ Standalone Digital Products
- Do not sell the illustrations as-is (e.g., selling them as clipart files, digital papers, or stock graphics)
- They must be incorporated into a finished design or product
❌ AI Training
- Do not use these illustrations to train artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or generative AI systems
In Simple Terms:
You're buying the right to USE these illustrations in your creative work — not the right to RESELL the illustrations themselves.
Examples of Allowed Use:
- A designer creates a menu for a cafe client using these illustrations → ✅ Allowed
- A cafe owner uses these to design their own signage and social media posts → ✅ Allowed
- A shop owner prints t-shirts featuring an original design that incorporates these illustrations → ✅ Allowed
Examples of NOT Allowed Use:
- Reselling these illustrations as a clipart pack on Etsy → ❌ Not allowed
- Uploading the SVG files to a print-on-demand site as standalone designs → ❌ Not allowed
- Sharing the files with a friend or colleague → ❌ Not allowed

License Addendum for Print-on-Demand (POD):
Allowed POD Use:
- You may use these illustrations in print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, etc.) only when incorporated into a larger, original design that you create
- The illustrations must be part of a cohesive design composition — not used as standalone clipart
Not Allowed:
- Uploading individual illustrations as standalone designs to POD platforms
- Using illustrations without substantial creative transformation or combination with other design elements
Example:
✅ Allowed: A t-shirt design featuring a coffee cup illustration combined with custom typography, your own color scheme, and additional design elements
❌ Not Allowed: Uploading the coffee cup illustration alone as a product design
