Extended Commercial License
This license is designed for agencies, studios, larger businesses, and use cases that go beyond the standard Commercial License — including mass production, large print runs, and multi-user teams.
Everything in the Commercial License is included, PLUS:
✅ Extended Print Run
- Use in printed products with unlimited print run quantities
- No unit cap on physical products featuring these illustrations
- Suitable for large-scale commercial printing and manufacturing
✅ Multi-User / Team Use
- Up to 5 designers within the same agency or studio may use the files
- All users must be employed by or contracted to the same business entity
- Perfect for design studios working across multiple client projects simultaneously
✅ Broadcast & Media
- Use in broadcast media including TV commercials, film, and video productions
- Use in online advertising campaigns with unlimited impressions
- Use in out-of-home advertising — billboards, transit advertising, large format signage
✅ Merchandise at Scale
- Use in merchandise products manufactured and sold at commercial scale
- Suitable for retail chains, hospitality groups, and large F&B brands
✅ Packaging at Scale
- Use in product packaging for mass market retail distribution
- Suitable for food and beverage packaging sold through major retailers
What You Still CANNOT Do:
❌ Redistribution or Resale of Files
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original illustration files in any format
- Do not include files in any resource pack, template, clipart collection, or stock library for sale or free distribution
❌ Exceed Team Size
- Teams larger than 5 users must contact hello@yentyjap.co for custom enterprise licensing
❌ AI Training
- Do not use these illustrations to train artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or generative AI systems
❌ Trademark or Claim Ownership
- Do not trademark any illustration or claim it as your own original artwork
In Simple Terms: This license is for larger operations — agencies with teams, brands producing at scale, and media productions. If your commercial use goes beyond one person working on client projects, this is your license.
Examples of Allowed Use:
- A design agency with 4 designers all using the illustrations across multiple client projects → ✅ Allowed
- A national cafe chain using illustrations across all their packaging and in-store signage → ✅ Allowed
- A food brand featuring illustrations in a TV commercial → ✅ Allowed
- A merchandise company producing 10,000 branded tote bags for a hospitality client → ✅ Allowed
Examples of NOT Allowed Use:
- An agency of 10 designers sharing one license → ❌ Not allowed, contact for enterprise pricing
- Uploading illustrations to a stock library your agency sells access to → ❌ Not allowed
- Licensing the illustrations to a third party for their own commercial use → ❌ Not allowed
